New contractor hired to fix Nevada Health Link’s problems

There is now a new Contractor hired to fix Nevada Health Link’s website prior to next year’s “Open Enrollment”. The next open enrollment begins in November 2014.

The 1^st open enrollment resulted in poor results, frustrating enrollment problems with the website, poor public user experience, and Nevada Health Link not meeting their enrollment goals. These problems spawned a desire to fix the website and improve the user experience and thereby increasing enrollment for next season’s open enrollment.
